The all-seeing-eye of the DCS-4622 Vigilance Full HD Panoramic PoE camera gives you 360° coverage that captures it all. With its fisheye lens, a high-resolution 3-megapixel sensor and distortion correction, it’s the ideal solution for monitoring large areas with a single camera. It’s part of the D-Link Vigilance Camera Range designed specifically to meet different surveillance and environmental requirements. These cameras offer professional, feature-packed high definition video surveillance that’s easy to install and highly affordable.
The DCS-4622 uses a fisheye lens to provide incredible wide-angle coverage. Simply place it on a wall for panoramic 180° wall-to-wall coverage of a room, or on a ceiling for a full 360° view without blind spots. Distortion correction fixes the camera video so you can use ePTZ to zoom in, zoom out and pan across your camera’s video to survey a large area with ease.
Night vision with IR illuminators makes sure nothing is hidden in the shadows - even in complete darkness. Motion detection lets you record events with ease and can even save snapshots and video before the event even happens to ensure you get the whole picture. Two-way audio not only lets you hear what’s happening but also lets you talk back, so you can greet visitors or warn off intruders.
The DCS-4622 is a self-sufficient surveillance solution, capable of recording snapshots and video to a microSD card without requiring a PC or network storage device. If you want to expand your surveillance options, D-ViewCam management software is also included, giving you the ability to manage up to 32 cameras with a robust set of features, including multi-camera views and automated email alerts to keep you informed of suspicious or unusual activities.

Rain-shields are now available for the Videx 4000 series modular range to fit both flush and surface back boxes (with one, two or three modules).
The 4000 series is an audio and video entry panel system that’s designed to meet a wide range of Access Control requirements. It can be customised for any application range from smaller installations, such as residential and private housing applications, to large installations including local authority and housing association properties. The Videx VR4K, which the shields are also suitable for, is a very popular choice of door entry system for local authority and housing associations.
Available in the standard 4000 series “gunmetal grey” finish they are manufactured from aluminium alloy to offer additional protection without detracting from the aesthetics of the entry panel. LiLiN have recently released two new network external PTZ dome cameras - available with either 20x zoom (4.3 - 86mm) or 30x zoom (4.3 - 129mm) lens options.
The PSD4624 is 1080P HD PTZ dome IP camera has a 30x/20x optical zoom capability. This high speed dome is capable of streaming HD video at up to 60 frames per second. With the 96dB wide dynamic range (WDR) feature, the PSD4624 captures images in highlights and shadows simultaneously, eliminating pixilation and smear to deliver clear and sharp video. Capable of making 360° continuous rotations, users can accurately position the camera to identify specific targets. Ideal for external applications the IP66-rated dome is supplied with built-in heaters and fans and the domes can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 deg C to +50 deg C. There is also a comprehensive range of brackets available to support the domes.
For added convenience the domes are compatible with the LILINViewer app. This makes it easy not only to view but also to control LiLiN IP cameras remotely, meaning users can activate 2-way audio and trigger DI/ DOs. If connected to an NVR or camera with an SD card installed, as well as viewing live camera images, the user can also view recorded footage using the simple timeline search bar. You can use your phone or android device to view up to 160 cameras within 10 camera groups. LILINViewer is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
Incorporating AHD technology, which can deliver superb quality HD images over existing coax cabling, Wisenet HD+ cameras and DVRs are designed to appeal to end-users who want to capture and record Full HD 1080p images, but are not yet ready to migrate from analogue to an IP network-based video surveillance solution.
The new HCM-9020VQ is a true day/night multi-directional camera that offers 8MP (4 x 2MP sensors). It delivers 100dB WDR and flexibility on lens positioning by using magnetic mounting. The IP66, IK10 rated camera, requires 12/24v and will require 4 coax cables and 4 NVR ports.
The competitively priced Wisenet HD+ range offers an affordable upgrade path for legacy analogue systems, as well as new installations. The ‘plug & play’ Wisenet HD+ range supports the transmission of Full HD images (and audio) without any latency or image loss, at distances of up to 500m using standard coax. The range is very cost-effective as it is easy to implement and there is no need to incur the cost and time of installing encoders, converters or switches. Installers with limited experience of IP network systems will find a Wisenet HD+ solution comparatively easy to install and commission as the cameras are installed using the same procedures as traditional analogue systems. Plus with the option to use existing coax cable, installation time and cost is minimised.
